We aim to help you achieve a better understanding of your body, and discover your movement potential. We don't want this to just be a fad for a couple of weeks, Pilates is a new beginning and it's here to stay! This session is designed to familiarise yourself with the equipment. You are closely supervised to ensure you are working safely, effectively and maximising the benefits of each exercise. Pure Mat Pilates 1:10A great introduction to Pilates, designed to develop an understanding of the foundations and principles of Pilates. Enhance your body's awareness, balance, control, breath and concentration. Develop increased strength, flexibility, core stabilisation and most importantly, correct posture. Semi-Private 1:5A combination of mat and equipment workouts that are personal and tailored to your needs. Equipment work varies in skill level, from beginner to rehabilitative & advanced levels. On the Equipment you work with the resistance of the springs of different strengths to either increase the demand of the exercise or to provide more support for the body & spine. This makes the equipment work suitable for almost everyone.
